We had a customer who was going on a trip, and their clutch died. The customer towed the vehicle to our shop and we estimated how much it was going to cost to fix the clutch. When we found out that the part was going to cost $400 less than the original estimate, we passed on the savings to the client. Needless to say, the client was thrilled.
